1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2Acceptance of Terms

3Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the pu777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of pu777, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or gaming ban imposed by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority;

pu777 will verify your age and identity as part of the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account. Providing false information about your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in your Wallet.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active pu777 Account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pu777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. pu777 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. All information provided during registration is subject to verification by pu777 at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pu777 Account login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pu777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact pu777 customer support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, pu777 requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, or Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). pu777 may also request proof of address or proof of payment method at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pu777 does not charge currency conversion fees. Minimum deposit is ₱100.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and credited to your pu777 Wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take longer to reflect. pu777 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on your Account. For verified accounts, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within a few hours during standard processing windows. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are subject to standard processing times. pu777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

5.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that belongs to you personally — the same individual whose name appears on the verified pu777 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. This applies to GCash numbers, PayMaya accounts, and all bank accounts used for withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on pu777 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible Players only and may not be transferred between accounts;

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on pu777 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting interface. The following general principles apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• All bets placed on pu777 are final once confirmed. pu777 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the case of a verified technical error on pu777's side;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session, pu777 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to the Player's Wallet;
• pu777 uses certified random number generation (RNG) software for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream;
• pu777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game or betting market at any time. Games may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or regulatory reasons;

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pu777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one pu777 Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your Wallet;

• Accessing pu777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

9Responsible Gaming

10Intellectual Property

All content on the pu777 platform — including but not limited to the pu777 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pu777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any pu777 intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform as an end user.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the pu777 platform without the prior written consent of pu777. Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract content from pu777 is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pu777 shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service thereon;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or payout calculations where these result from a certified RNG or live dealer outcome;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials;
• Any loss arising from delays in payment processing by GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other third-party payment provider;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever.

pu777's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your pu777 Wallet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Termination

pu777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pu777 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your Wallet may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was obtained through prohibited conduct. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct — such as pu777 ceasing operations in your region — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pu777 customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with pu777 informally by contacting our customer support team in the first instance. pu777 commits to responding to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to working in good faith to reach an equitable resolution.

As pu777 operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework, Players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through the official complaint channels available on the PAGCOR website. pu777 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or dispute resolution process.

14Amendments to These Terms

pu777 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — pu777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification at the time of the change.

Your continued use of the pu777 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
